Salesforce raises list prices ~9% across core clouds

Salesforce

First across-the-board list price increase in seven years, averaging 9% on Enterprise and Unlimited editions of the core clouds.

Before

$150 / user / mo (Enterprise)

After+9%

$165 / user / mo (Enterprise)

Salesforce announced a global list price increase averaging 9% on Enterprise and Unlimited editions of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and the Industries verticals — its first broad increase since 2018. The company frames the move around accumulated innovation and AI investment (Einstein, Agentforce).

Existing customers on multi-year agreements are protected until renewal, but ramped and co-termed contracts may see uplifts sooner. Discount structures are unchanged, meaning the effective increase depends heavily on your current negotiated position.
